Perfume bar tickets are non-refundable.

Your perfume bar ticket is for your selected session. If you register for a perfume bar session and become unable to attend, we will gladly reschedule you for a future date if you notify us one full week in advance of your scheduled date. Like other experience-based bookings (theater, concerts, flights), we do not offer last-minute reschedules. Tickets are transferrable, so if you are unable to attend a perfume bar session at the last minute, we suggest giving your spot to a friend. 

In the event the perfume bar is closed due to inclement weather or other Act of God, you will receive a credit to book a session at a later date. Perfume bar credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied to in-store merchandise purchases. Our refund and cancellation policy also applies to bookings completed on third party websites.   

UNREGISTERED GUEST POLICY

Workstation seats are reserved for ticketed guests only. If you have a companion who would like to come along and observe but not make their own perfume, reach out to us before booking and we may be able to suggest some slow times where there will be enough extra space in the studio. Saturdays and Sundays are our busiest days and there will most likely not be enough room for unregistered guests to accompany you in the formulation area.  Simple fix - your guest registers and makes a perfume too! We have over 130 natural scents - there is something for everyone.

RESERVATIONS 

Reservations are required. We are often booked for private parties during business hours and open formulation hours fill up quickly. Booking a reservation before heading to our studio will ensure we can accommodate you!

SMALL GROUPS 

Groups of 6 or less can use our online reservation system to secure a booking. If your group is 7 or more, contact info@biosapothecary.com and and we will help you schedule a time for your group. 

Groups of 8 or more can reserve the studio for a private 2-hour session - the cost is $120/person and grants you exclusive access to the perfume bar and workstation area. This is a great option for birthday gatherings, baby showers, bridal parties, and corporate events. We can host up to 20 in our Greenpoint location and up to 75 at our Industry City location.
