Workshop tickets are non-refundable.

Your workshop ticket is for your selected session. If you register for a workshop and become unable to attend, we will gladly reschedule you for a future date if you notify us one full week in advance of your scheduled date. Like other experience-based bookings (theater, concerts, flights), we do not offer last-minute reschedules. Tickets are transferrable, so if you are unable to attend a workshop at the last minute, we suggest giving your spot to a friend. 

 In the event your workshop is cancelled due to inclement weather or other Act of God, you will receive a credit to book a session at a later date. Workshop credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied to in-store merchandise purchases. Our refund and cancellation policy also applies to bookings completed on third party websites.
